So proud of this little guy who’s NOT so little anymore.
He’s invested countless hours into his craft over the years and continues to get better & better.
So… I HIRED HIM a few years ago to make magic on the screen and he continues to impress me with his creative eye for video art & high-tech solutions.
I caught this candid shot of him in his element working on one of my projects and I just wanted to give him a shout-out so you will know what he’s all about…
He works best under short deadlines so I’m always cheering him on saying, Get it CHANCE! YOU DA MANNN!!! Hahaha… 😀
Try to include those kiddos in what you do. It validates their state to make it Great and it builds their confidence to a level of “bulletproof” status.
