Over my lifetime I’ve uncovered and discovered many truths from my many experiences, but few were more powerful than the realization of what’s focused on the most develops in the host.

Simply put, what we choose to focus on the most, whether negative or positive, will eventually manifest in our lives.

The only two occasions that maintaining a positive outlook in life is important is day and night.  The only day that is perfectly okay for you to allow failure to bully you into a mediocrity mindset is the 32^nd of December.  And, the most important day of the week to really stay focused on your goals and dreams is Monday, but the other days that are equally as important are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and yes even Sunday’s.

Yes my friends maintaining a positive outlook and mindset and staying focused should be non-negotiable on any day.   Adopting this philosophy in life is sure to result in you smiling big and often.  This little breadcrumb of wisdom is definitely worth passing on.  Make it GREAT!

Many people may stumble through this life thinking very little about the words they choose to say to those who occupy the space around them.  I sincerely believe there are few more egregious acts then the act of someone knowingly and willingly throwing words around in an attempt to maliciously cause harm to others.

The phrase, “Sticks and stones may break our bones but words will never hurt us.” has been echoed by many down through our checkered history, but I call baloney!  For I’ve come to know and understand that words can do far more than just break bones.  Words can mangle the mind, hemorrhage a heart and kill a soul.

So be careful what you say and who you say it to.  Choose to build others up with your words and use your corrective words wisely with love and compassion.  There’s no doubt the world would be a much better place to live in if this practice was more commonplace.  Don’t forget to do your part.
