Was lending an ear to a good friend recently who was sharing some worries and concerns about some upcoming events. After a few minutes of sharing, I felt led to remind her to worry NOT in advance for those things we cannot enhance. We then exchanged a mutual smile of relief and a few more niceties before parting ways and wishing each other a great day.

Yes me friends, this life has revealed to me that worrying about those things that we cannot change or control can cause us undue heartache, stress and a few unnecessary grey hairs. So, I encourage you to just do your best and let God handle the rest.
