I was in the process of dropping my kids off at school the other day and I had one of my “Hallelujah moments of inspiration.” As a result, I would like to offer a comment and new perspective on how “bullying” can actually be a positive thing. I’ve discovered that our mind can be the ultimate “bully” to our body on a regular basis. We can learn to leverage and use our minds to boss our body around and do things that we never thought was possible.
The ability to masterfully leverage this bully is the vital key to being successful in any ambitious endeavor. Some of the greatest men and women to ever walk this earth were ultimate “mind bully’s.” The heights and great feet’s they were able to obtain and sustain were no doubt made possible by their ability to leverage their mind over body.
So I say today to all of you “mind bully’s” out there, keep pushing that body around until it gives you its’ lunch money and everything else you want from it. And, if you’re not a “mind bully,” the good news is you can be one too by simply understanding and embracing this philosophy and utilizing the technique regularly to accomplish your goals. You can start today, right away without delay. Let’s all try to bully our body into making it GREAT!
