Have you ever been just lying in bed, flat on your back minding your own business without a care in the world then suddenly you found yourself effortlessly rifling through your mental storage bank looking for something that you have to worry about? Well, you’re not alone my friends because this phenomenon surely happens to even the best among us at one time or another no doubt.
I’ve found that one of the only things that we can easily become a professional at doing without making much effort is becoming a “Professional Worrier”. That’s right friends, it doesn’t require much effort at all to become a bonafide, full-blown, accredited Professional Worrier. In fact, I’ve found that it actually requires more effort NOT to worry about things than it does to worry about them. Hmmm…..

Here goes: Rid your heart of hatred, Free your mind of worry, Connect & Communicate with your Creator, Live simply without criticizing, complaining or condemning, Give more and Expect less. That’s it! Yes the simple can sometimes be profoundly effective. 🙂
